A complex carousel robotic station designed for selective removal (decoating) of painted and metallic layers and for cleaning. Ideal for applications with lower cycle time demands but with a strong emphasis on final quality.
Vario Deco
The laser system with safety class 1 features a two-position carousel and manual part loading into robotically handled backlit pallets with RFID technology. It is monitored through camera analysis with neural networks immediately after the laser process, with final OK/NOK part selection, which is signaled directly on the fixture.
The station can be equipped with pulsed lasers with a wide power range from 20 W to 500 W, including process scanning heads with complex beam shaping, ensuring the best possible final processing results.

Applications
Laser cleaning is a highly effective solution for removing contaminants from metal and polymer materials. Moreover, it is a cost-efficient and highly eco-friendly alternative compared to conventional cleaning technologies.
Laser decoating
A progressive laser method for removing painted and coated layers from interior and exterior parts to create visible 2D/3D graphics. With a high resolution of 20 µm and high repeatability of up to 50 µm, it is possible to meet various graphic design requirements for creating logos, patterns, or text.
Laser etching
A unique technology for surface treatment with thick or multiple base layers. Using a laser, selective removal of layers alters the surface's physical properties. It is commonly used in producing interior plastics for touch panels, door panels, and cockpit inserts.
