A complex robotic station ideal for large-format applications in laser cleaning, decoating, welding, and cutting of plastics and metals.
The laser system with safety class 1, featuring a two-position carousel and manual part loading into complex fixtures with RFID technology, is designed for applications with high cycle time demands while maintaining a strong focus on final quality and serviceability, thanks to the integrated IoT module. Applications can be performed on parts up to 1220x650x200 mm.
The station can be equipped with a wide range of power outputs from 20 W to 6000 W, including process heads with complete process diagnostics – camera, pyrometer, LWM, LDD – for welding monitoring or complex beam shaping for optimal final processing results.
Process results can be directly sent in the required format to a higher-level system such as MES or SAP.
