Robo Vario L

A complex four-position carousel cell designed for selective removal (decoating) of painted and metallic layers.

This is a laser system with safety class 1. The device features a four-position carousel, with technologies mounted on a robot and manual part loading into backlit static pallets with RFID technology. It is designed for applications with high productivity demands and a focus on high final quality, which is monitored through camera analysis with neural networks immediately after the laser process. Final part selection (OK/NOK) is signaled directly on the fixture in front of the operator and on the device display.

Process results can be directly sent in the required format to a higher-level system such as MES or SAP.

The station can be equipped with pulsed lasers offering a wide power range from 20 W to 500 W, including process scanning heads with complex beam shaping, ensuring the best possible final processing results.
