The device, with manual part loading into fixtures, can be equipped with optical analysis for final quality or a system for precise position recognition, especially beneficial for plastic parts, with the option to use neural networks.
The station can be equipped with lasers offering a wide power range of 50 W–3000 W, including process heads with complete process diagnostics – camera, pyrometer, LWM, LDD – for welding monitoring.
