The production cell is designed for precise processing of plastic and metal parts. It is specifically developed for high-precision trimming of injection molding systems, including sensor integration. It can be easily integrated with a rotary carousel or robotic arm, ensuring more efficient handling of parts.
Vario Compact
This cell is used in various industries, including automotive, healthcare, and consumer goods manufacturing. The processing of parts can be performed on components up to 600 x 400 x 200 mm. The advantages of this solution include compact dimensions, maximum utilization of the workspace, and high operator comfort, ensured by the retractable drawer.
The cell is equipped with laser safety class 1 and offers easy operation through a standardized graphical user interface (GUI).

Applications
Non-contact laser removal of injection molding systems and technological overflows at parting lines with surface final homogenization. The technology can be directly integrated into the automatic molding process or used as a standalone Vario station.
Laser etching
A unique technology for surface treatment with thick or multiple base layers. Using a laser, selective removal of layers alters the surface's physical properties. It is commonly used in producing interior plastics for touch panels, door panels, and cockpit inserts.
Cutting painted plastic parts
In many cases, conventional processing technologies no longer meet the requirements of end users, which is why lasers are taking the quality of plastic manufacturing to a whole new level. Laser cutting of final visible parts with a surface finish, including painting and color, is highly sensitive to the final quality and precision of the process.
