The multifunctional covered robotic cell complex is built on a standardized platform and meets all Class I laser safety requirements. We have specially developed the cell for precision laser applications: cutting, cleaning, decoating or welding metals and plastics. The unique calibration solution with feedback of all peripherals to the superior system can ensure repeatable accuracy of up to ±0.3 mm over an area of up to 2000 mm.
Various lasers such as CO2 up to 1 kW, continuous fiber lasers or disc lasers up to 20 kW for cutting or welding, and even pulsed fiber lasers for cleaning up to 3 kW can be installed. Of course, there is also a wide range of processing optics, from 2D and 3D scanning heads to static ones with wobbling support, or dynamic change of focus and spot size.
We implement cell extraction and maximum air filtration using carbon, chemical or particulate filters and sorbents. An integrated IoT module and standardized GUI are standard for easy operation and efficiency of production programs.
